About University of Colorado, Boulder
University of Colorado at Boulder is an institutional branch member of ICAM-I2CAM since 2007. CU-Boulder has an interdisciplinary research community that is active in soft condensed matter physics, biophysics, optics, atomic and molecular physics, hard condensed matter, bioengineering, chemistry and biochemistry, materials science and engineering, and molecular biology. Research in these areas are carried out in the departments of Physics, Chemistry and Biochemistry, JILA, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical & Biological Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology, and Computer Science. We strongly encourage both senior and junior scientists from other ICAM-I2CAM institutions to contact us about potential collaborations and to visit our web pages for details of research interests.
Local ICAM-I2CAM Coordinator for the CU-Boulder branch is Ivan I. Smalyukh.
Our representative to the ICAM-I2CAM Science Steering Committee is Noel A. Clark.
The local steering committee members are:
Daniel Dessau, Department of Physics
