Exhibition Registration/Arrangements
Exhibits will be open starting on Thursday, August 7 through Saturday, August 9 from 9:00 AM till 5:30 PM. There is no fee associated with the exhibition but the exhibitors are encouraged to consider the sponsorship opportunities described below.
You will be provided with the 10' x 7' (3m x 2.1m) space to exhibit your materials or products. Upon request, we will work with you to accomodate your special needs associated with the exhibition (larger exhibition area, electricity, phone, internet access, etc.).
You are encouraged to give a PowerPoint presentation (up to 1 hour) on your products , technologies, services, etc. These presentations will be scheduled during the exhibition hours and in the auditorium next to the Exhibition Hall. If you are interested in giving such a presentation,
please let us know ahead of time so that we could advertise it on the conference web page and in the Exhibition Program. Exhibitors should reserve an exhibit space by contacting Christine Morrow. Please also send an email to Christine Morrow at Christine.Morrow@Colorado.EDU in order to make specific arrangements.

Sponsorship Opportunities
We have developed a variety of sponsorship opportunities that will enable your company or organization to effectively partner with the LC2CAM and receive the maximum benefits for your contribution.
This sponsorship program is designed to create a successful opportunity for industrial and scientific organizations to ensure successful networking and exposure opportunities before, during and after the conference.
Due to limited sponsorship opportunities and to ensure maximum exposure for your company or organization, please select and reserve your sponsorship opportunity as soon as possible.
Benefits will include Acknowledgement in the conference program book and at the conference; in addition, Company logo on the LC2CAM website will be linked to the Company web page. The following are currently available sponsorship opportunities:
*Major Conference Sponsorship - $10,000 or more;
*Welcome Reception - $7,500;
*Three Dinner Receptions - $5,000;
*Three Lunch Receptions - $2,500;
*Three Best Paper Awards for Students - $1,000
*Ten Refreshment Breaks - $500
