Position Description:

The Department of Chemistry at The University of Chicago invites applications from outstanding individuals for the position of Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the area of organic chemistry. Applicants must upload a cover letter, a curriculum vitae with a list of publications, a succinct outline of research plans and a one page teaching statement. In addition, three reference letters are required. At the time of hire the successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field. Joint appointments with other departments are possible. Review of applications will continue until all positions are filled.
